Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Danielle Elizabeth bag! If you aren’t completely satisfied, return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase in original condition with all packaging intact along with a Return Authorization number, and we will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your credit. Please contact us prior to shipment in order to receive a Return Authorization number to be included in return. Returns without this number will not be accepted. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted on sale or retired items. For questions on returns, please email us.
Shipping
In-stock items are shipped within one business day after the receipt of your order. We ship via UPS from the Los Angeles area You will receive an e-mail notification when your item ships. You should receive your order within 3-5 days of the day we ship.
You will be notified by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay. If you order an item which is temporarily out of stock, we will place your order on hold and ship it once this item is back in stock.
