What is Oilcloth?

Today’s oilcloth is a vinyl that is bonded and supported with a coven cotton mesh. The surface can be wiped clean. The fabric has been tested and passes the National Fire Protection Agency 701 classification for commercial and residential use.
Oilcloth is waterproof and stain resistant. Fading may occur under direct sunlight for extended periods of time since the oilcloth does not contain a UV inhibitor. Oilcloth is approximately 95% PVC (poly-vinyl-chloride) with the remaining material consisting of a poly/cotton scrim backing. (The fabric is a printed vinyl that is bonded and supported with a woven cotton mesh.)

When will my bag ship?

All orders are shipped via UPS the following business day. Please contact us with any special shipping requirements.

What material is my bag made of?

The exterior fabric and lining are both 100% cotton. Grosgrain ribbon trim is 100% polyester.

How should I clean my bag?

Our bags are 100% cotton (except for trim) so they can be washed in cold water on a delicate cycle and air dried. We have done extensive wash testing and have never had any problems with the rhinestones falling out. However, as with any product that has rhinestones, beading, sequins, etc this is always a possibility. If you are concerned with this, spot cleaning is always an option. Please note that Oilcloth is not machine washable, so our changing pads should be wiped clean. On our Diaper Clutches, the Oilcloth portion is removable so that the compartment section can be machine washed.
